In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a separate written agreement for services, the separate written agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XaaS Techs and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with:

In no event will our total liability related to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the minimum amount required by applicable law, if greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XaaS Techs and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
