STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Products purchased from XaasTechs. may be refunded only if canceled within 7 days* of the date of the transaction.

Note: If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your XaasTechs. balance can be offered as an alternative.

“Date of registration of services,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date is processed by XaasTechs. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

If any person purchased any service or services from XaasTechs. and due to some irregularity on behalf of such person and not by XaasTechs. (ex- fault in KYC verification), then XaasTechs. is not liable to refund any amount paid by such person. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund (within 7 days from sign up the service). For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

• Domain Transfers (.eu transfers are an exception. EURid charges a non-refundable transfer fee. If the transfer fails for any reason, the customer must start over and pay the transfer fee again. .es transfers are also non-refundable.
